Remember this is the time of year when everyone tends to eat a lot more than usual and gastro symptoms get worse.
To help out, remember:
- Drink more water than normal
- Make sure to exercise or walk around more
- Don’t eat late into the night or wait at least 2-3 hours before going to bed
- Eat more veggies
